个人简介

清华大学医疗管理学院准聘副教授、博士生导师,清华大学北京清华长庚医院双聘PI,美国约翰霍普金斯大学公共卫生学院客座副教授,入选国家海外高层次人才计划青年项目。围绕老年认知与精神健康相关政策为研究主题,致力于为中老年群体研发全流程数字化解决方案,影响、触达更广泛的人群,助力积极健康老龄化与健康公平。


2011年本科毕业于武汉大学政治与公共管理学院行政管理专业,受美国哥伦比亚大学全额奖学金资助,2013与2019年分别获得社会工作硕士与博士学位。之后赴纽约医学科学院从事博士后研究,同时担任哥伦比亚大学课程讲师。在美国纽约长老会医院、美国纽约西奈山医院等有长达1200小时的老年社会工作临床服务经验。曾担任新加坡国立大学社会工作系助理教授、博士生导师,兼任新加坡卫生部、新加坡国立大学社会服务研究中心和次世代研究所等多个政府高级智库研究员。


迄今累计发表34篇SCI/SSCI收录论文,其中以通讯/第一作者身份在高影响力期刊Journal of Medical Internet Research (2025)、Innovation in Aging (2025)、Age and Ageing (2020)、International Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry(2019,2021,2023)等发表论文20篇,影响因子共计100.984。同时作为顾问与政府和工业界紧密合作,参与研发的筛查工具已经为超过10万用户提供了认知障碍风险评估服务。在医疗管理、老年学等领域的大型国际会议上作20余次特邀报告(如阿尔茨海默病协会国际会议邀请报告,中国医疗保障高峰论坛邀请报告,中国抗癌协会整合老年肿瘤大会邀请报告,美国老年学年会邀请报告,新加坡卫生部亚太地区照顾者支持政策会议主旨报告等)。其团队在老年认知障碍早期预防、筛查和治疗相关政策制定和长期照护体系建设等领域有一系列高被引论文和评估工具产出。


现担任学术兼职

Aging and Mental Health助理主编,Health Care Science 《科学医疗(英文)》青年编委,中国抗癌协会老年肿瘤专委会常务委员,中国医院协会医务社工专委会委员。

研究领域

老年脑健康相关的病理学、患者路径、长期照护、干预设计及社会福利政策,以及数字疗法与脑机接口(APP应用程序、人工智能、可穿戴设备等)在老年认知与精神疾病的应用。
